Visibility Starter Set Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

The competition is open from 11.59am on Monday 26th October 2020 and closes 11.59pm on Thursday 29^th October 2020.
The prize is one of each item from the Visibility range: a pair of Rein Bands, a pair of Leg Wraps, a Hat Cover and a Rider Vest and will be subject to availability.
The competition is open to all UK residents aged 16 and over (except employees and families of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion).
To enter on Facebook, entrants must comment on the competition post stating how they help their horse when spooked by something silly.
To enter on Instagram, entrants must comment on the competition post stating how they help their horse when spooked by something silly.
There will be one winner from all eligible entries from the Facebook and Instagram posts.
The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries on the Facebook and Instagram posts.
The winner will be informed of their prize within 4 working days of the competition closing.
The winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize following notification. After this time, Bridleway Equestrian reserves the right to pass on the prize to a new winner.
On receipt of the winner’s address the prize will be despatched within ten working days.
Full details of the prize will be supplied to the winner on notification.
By entering the competition, entrants agree for their name and entry, including media, to be used by the Promoter in social media communications and possible press or marketing material referencing the competition. Media used as part of entry for the competition must have appropriate permissions for social media usage.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for technical issues or any problems entrants may have with entering the competition.
Events may occur that render the competition itself, or the awarding of the prizes, impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion. The entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result.
The prize is non-transferable, and there are no cash alternatives.

The decision of the Promotions Marketing Manager will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
