Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
As the world begins the process of unlocking, we are all able to enjoy what we might consider to be a more normal life, although cautiously, and who knows what normal will be in the future.
We continue to work in line with the government’s and WHO guidelines, and several of our additional COVID-19 measures remain in place for the protection of our valuable teams at HQ, and customers alike.
We are pleased to confirm that our operating hours, and service levels are back to normal ensuring that you have access to everything you need to care for your horse. The pandemic has brought additional challenges and we would like to ask for your continued patience while we struggle with maintaining stock levels. This is the result of demands on freight routes from our suppliers to the UK together with an increased consumer demand for products. Hopefully in the not too distant future, the situation will ease, but this is beyond our control so we are in the hands of the shipping companies.
Our staff are like our family and their safety remains our main priority. We would like to extend our continued thanks to our colleagues, customers, key works and the fantastic NHS staff.
